Product Owner (.NET/Angular/Cloud)

Product Owner (.NET/Angular/Cloud): Own and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital initiatives with an accent on translating business needs into actionable user stories and prioritizing backlogs. Focus on facilitating sprint planning, stakeholder demos, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery using .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms.

Hybrid role, 2-3 days onsite in Monterrey, Mexico required.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams (.NET, Angular, Cloud) to align objectives.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog, balancing goals and dependencies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, and release management.
• Act as decision-maker for scope and priorities during sprints.
• Conduct demos, UAT, and reviews to validate and improve products.
• Monitor performance and foster collaboration across design, dev, and QA.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis in software development
• Proven experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with cross-functional teams using .NET, Angular, and cloud (Azure/AWS preferred)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart or similar
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for global collaboration
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise applications or regulated industries (manufacturing, finance, healthcare)
• Data-driven decision-making, analytics, or basic SQL
• UX/UI principles and design thinking
• Product Owner or Agile certification (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
