What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest and transform financial datasets.
• Implement AI-driven techniques for automation, anomaly detection, data mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Manage structured and semi-structured data, ensuring high accuracy through validation processes.
• Integrate new data sources and support ongoing feed changes from global vendors.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear technical workflows and data processes.
• Develop scalable solutions for diverse financial asset classes and investment systems.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries.
• Exposure to AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and classification models.
• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in a STEM field or related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant work, internship, or project experience in data-driven development.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, XML, or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or Parquet formats.
• Understanding of financial markets or financial datasets.
• Programming experience in Perl or advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Progress toward financial certifications such as CFA Level 1/2.
