What you will do

• Analyze large datasets across multiple sources to optimize and improve business KPIs.
• Own data and analysis for multiple departments to provide insights and reporting.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in online casino operations.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry peers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and working with big datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Sliema, Malta
