Responsible Gaming Analyst (iGaming)

Responsible Gaming Analyst (iGaming): Monitoring and supervising at-risk gamblers to ensure player safety and compliance with regulations with an accent on risk assessment and compulsive behavior analysis. Focus on drafting intelligence reports, utilizing profiling software, and collaborating with Risk & Fraud teams to implement responsible gaming strategies.

Location: Birkirkara, Malta. Hybrid work possible (up to 50% remote).

What you will do

• Analyze and manage at-risk gamblers, drafting intelligence reports on compulsive behaviors using internal monitoring processes.
• Act as the escalation point for Customer Service and Risk & Fraud teams regarding Responsible Gaming for Dutch (.nl) sites.
• Directly contact players identified with gambling problems and perform initial risk assessments.
• Supervise the proper functioning of profiling software and drive continuous improvement of internal procedures.
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of strategy plans developed by the Responsible Gaming Manager.
• Submit technical and operational proposals to ensure the continuous improvement of the RG team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or teaching.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• General knowledge of online gaming regulations, GDPR, and basic information security concepts (ISMS).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in customer care and/or Risk & Fraud is ideally preferred.
