What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade LLM pipelines for hirify.global AI products and agentic trading features, including multi-step reasoning agents.
• Optimize AI agent capabilities in reasoning and tool selection for intelligence, latency, and reliability under high-frequency trading constraints.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for reasoning model outputs, covering market analysis accuracy and hallucination detection.
• Apply test-time scaling techniques like chain-of-thought and process reward models to improve agent quality.
• Architect AI system components leveraging serving frameworks such as vLLM and TensorRT-LLM for a 24/7 trading environment.
• Integrate on-chain data sources and wallet intelligence into LLM-powered analytical pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 0–5 years of industry or research experience in applied ML or AI engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, post-training, or end-to-end application development.
• Familiarity with multi-agent system design (task decomposition, tool use via MCP, memory management).
• Must be based in Asia.
