Product Manager, Fraud Management - BSS Product Management Department (BSPMD)

What you will do

• Define system and business requirements for fraud prevention functionalities such as OTP and KYC.
• Design fraud prevention functions in collaboration with the security team.
• Define system functions, integrations, and operational requirements.
• Align requirements and delivery with business teams, development teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedules, and backlogs.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting fraud prevention systems and functions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager or vendor.
• Experience designing authentication and authorization systems.
• Experience designing KYC solutions using IC chips, OTP, or similar technologies.
• Experience defining business or system requirements.
• IT technical knowledge, including protocols.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BSS products in the telecommunications industry.
• Development experience with coding, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing e-commerce websites or mobile applications.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with large-scale or parallel projects.
