What you will do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and internal control for assembly and test operations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Execute strategic transformation projects and AT-wide harmonization processes.
• Manage and coach a high-performance team, including the development of a centralized business analytics unit across factories.
• Partner with SCO and HR to align factory demand output, CAPEX requirements, and headcount.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to define FP&A strategy and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Management (MBA is a plus).
• Significant professional experience of 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with senior managerial exposure.
• Proficiency in SAP (Product Costing & Analysis), Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of regional languages is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder influencing, business partnering, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a globally complex, fast-paced environment.
