What you will do

• Architect robust, scalable full-stack solutions with a focus on data modeling, API design, and system resilience.
• Own features end-to-end from initial whiteboard design to production deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Designers during Discovery to validate technical feasibility and shape the product roadmap.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance to raise the overall technical bar of the team.
• Deploy code to production multiple times a day within a high-velocity development culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Backend (Node.js, Python, or Java) and Frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Angular).
• Solid understanding of Cloud Native infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to generate, refactor, and test production-grade code.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping large features or services in production environments.
• Location: Must be based in Tel-Aviv for a hybrid work arrangement.
