What you will do

• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer teams
• Own technical win in pre-sales through POCs, deep technical Q&A, and evaluation guidance
• Help deploy and operate agent applications like conversational agents, research agents, multi-step workflows
• Advise post-sale on architecture, best practices, roadmap decisions
• Run technical demos, trainings, workshops for developers
• Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, example code

Requirements

• 3+ years in software/customer/solutions engineering, ideally in startup/scale-up
• Strong Python, JavaScript, systems fundamentals
• Designed agent-based/LLM-powered apps beyond simple APIs: multi-step workflows, orchestration, failure handling
• Comfortable working directly with customers in POCs, architecture reviews, evaluations
• Explain technical tradeoffs clearly, build trust with developers
• Responsibility for outcomes, bias toward action, excitement for operating AI agents in production

Nice to have

• Deployed AI agents in production using hirify.global, LangGraph or similar
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails
• Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, basic Kubernetes
• Shipped and operated production software under real constraints
