What you will do

• Scope a high-impact project with a specific success metric and execution plan during the first week.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and customers to conduct diagnostics via data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop, pilot, and iterate on a solution based on real-world user feedback.
• Ship a working version of the solution and drive it toward a measurable business outcome.
• Create documentation, tooling, or training to ensure the project's sustainability.
• Present final results and impact to the leadership team in the final week.

Requirements

• Current MBA student at a top program, completing the summer between Year 1 and Year 2.
• 2+ years of pre-MBA experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or strategic finance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and pulling insights from messy data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex problems into actionable briefs.
• High ownership mindset and ability to drive loosely-scoped problems to concrete outcomes.
• Must be based in the Americas to align with team working hours.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in FP&A, finance teams, or RevOps.
• Technical fluency in SQL or comfort with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and n8n.
• Pre-MBA experience at an early-stage tech startup (Seed, Series A–B).
• Familiarity with growth-stage SaaS or PE-backed portfolio companies.
