What you will do

• Design high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns using Unbounce, WordPress, or Perspective.
• Create visually compelling website pages with a focus on UX, performance, and conversion rates.
• Develop static ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other channels.
• Leverage AI tools to produce high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design engaging email templates and graphics to support broader campaign goals.

Requirements

• Strong design portfolio showcasing web, ad, and email design work (static and video).
• Proven experience creating landing pages for Google or Meta ads with a solid understanding of CRO principles.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CRO, CTR, conversion funnels).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using AI tools for design, video editing, or creative generation.
• Ability to work during 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unbounce or Clickfunnels.
