What you will do

• Design and optimize user-friendly marketing pages with a conversion-first mindset.
• Create mockups and user journeys to improve site navigation and experience.
• Develop and maintain a reusable Figma component library for consistency and speed.
• Design digital marketing creatives, email templates, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams on messaging, feasibility, and implementation.
• Prepare developer-friendly specs and conduct visual QA to ensure design accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or marketing design.
• Strong Figma skills including Auto Layout and component management.
• HTML/CSS literacy to understand translation of designs into layouts.
• Marketing mindset with a focus on CRO and persuasive design.
• English: B2–C1 proficiency required for presenting design decisions.
• Russian: C1 proficiency required for team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Background in UX/CRO research, audits, and user interviews.
