TL;DR

What you will do

• Design conversion-critical pages, templates, and demo flows for the website.
• Build and ship sales enablement materials including battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
• Lead short-form video production, including editing, storyboarding, and direction.
• Maintain and extend the brand system in Figma using component libraries and design tokens.
• Automate routine design tasks using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and Midjourney.
• Collaborate with outbound and marketing teams on creative for paid ads and event collateral.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS design.
• Strong fluency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
• Proven experience in UX and conversion design for landing pages and sales materials.
• Proficiency in short-form video editing software such as Premiere or DaVinci.
• Active fluency with AI design tools is non-negotiable and must be part of your daily workflow.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or animation (Lottie, After Effects).
• Background in print and event collateral design.
• Exposure to the hospitality industry.
