What you will do

• Research laws and regulations related to advertising, labeling, and selling consumer goods, including FDA and EPA guidelines.
• Manage daily deliverables across multiple clients and categories, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve compliance violations.
• Analyze federal and state legislation to provide actionable guidance to stakeholders.
• Draft Amazon appeals, Plans of Action, and other legal documentation to resolve account issues.
• Collaborate with brand management and internal departments to implement proactive compliance measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in regulatory or compliance fields; e-commerce experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex regulatory language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work the 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone schedule.
