Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve observability, alerting, and incident management capabilities
• Build self-service reliability tooling and golden paths for Product Engineering teams to operate autonomously
• Drive adoption of SRE practices and embed reliability into delivery workflows
• Mentor Reliability Operations team via pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Lead improvements in incident response, runbooks, post-mortems, and systemic reliability enhancements
• Treat reliability as a platform product, prioritizing usability, adoption, and long-term impact

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
• Strong engineering background; 4+ years as Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Reliability Engineer
• Expert SRE practitioner with hands-on experience in SRE practices, observability/monitoring (Datadog or equivalent), incident management (Jira Service Management or similar)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration, Linux systems/networking, Infrastructure as Code, programming/scripting
• Strong mentoring orientation and platform/enablement thinking
• Ability to communicate complex reliability concepts clearly and document for scale
