What you will do

  • Control daily business KPIs and trends for casino/sports, aligning with targets and reporting to Business Manager
  • Create monthly CRM calendars, oversee campaign delivery and evaluation for Casino & Sports
  • Define technical needs for profitable CRM campaigns and align weekly with acquisition team on performance and budget
  • Monitor player behavior, collaborate with Casino team on games positioning, and negotiate with providers for exclusives
  • Hold daily operational meetings with stakeholders and develop promotional campaigns for engagement and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, customer service; build ties with land-based operations; partial P&L ownership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing
  • Proven experience in market, commercial, or operational role in gaming, betting, e-commerce, or regulated digital environment
  • Highly operational, hands-on with strong analytical skills for KPIs, trends, and reporting
  • Experience with CRM, promotions, player lifecycle management, retention mechanics, and value segmentation
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and English; strong understanding of Swiss market
  • Strong negotiation skills, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional work
