Location: Remote (work from anywhere, 8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time)

Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do

• Manage and resolve Amazon Cases including account health, listing errors, ASIN variations, and brand registry.
• Maintain and optimize Amazon Masterfiles for product listings, variations, categories, and catalog structure.
• Implement Ecommerce SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve organic rankings on Amazon and other platforms.
• Monitor and fix Amazon Stranded Inventory, collaborating to reinstate listings.
• Oversee Amazon Instock and forecasting by tracking inventory, analyzing sales trends, and recommending restock strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon backend processes: case management, listing optimization, catalog health.
• Experience with ecommerce SEO: A+ Content, keyword research, product title/description optimization.
• Solid analytical skills for forecasting tools, inventory data, and sales reports.
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with other platforms like Shopify, Walmart, eBay.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk.
• Background working with distributed or international teams.
