What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day support operations, handle complex L2 issues, and guide L1 teams
• Standardize practices, define SOPs, and improve consistency across teams and locations
• Drive service quality through ticket prioritization, resolution, and SLA monitoring
• Optimize Jira Service Management workflows and automate processes
• Bridge IT, business stakeholders, and support teams while providing actionable insights
• Contribute hands-on to ticket resolution during peaks and lead by example

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Support with L2 exposure
• Strong ability to organize, standardize, and improve processes pragmatically
• Technical expertise combined with service orientation and leadership through influence
• Structured, solution-driven, detail-oriented with clear communication
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory/Azure AD
• Experience with endpoint management (e.g., Intune), troubleshooting, Jira Service Management, and ITIL
