Hybrid role in BGC (Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue). Requires office attendance at least one day a week. Expected hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT. Philippine Time Zone required.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs across financial, labor, and local domains.
• Serve as primary contact with regulators like BSP, AMLC, DOLE, NPC, BIR, SEC, and LGUs.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE labor standards, business permits, licenses, and statutory reporting.
• Design and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls aligned with global and Philippine regulations.
• Drive enterprise risk management, internal audits, compliance reviews, and remediation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on impacts and actions.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and Operations for end-to-end compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulations: DOLE labor laws, BIR tax, LGU requirements, PEZA/BOI, NPC.
• Experience managing multi-agency regulatory engagements, audits, and inspections.
• Proven experience building or scaling compliance frameworks in financial and operational domains.
• Strong understanding of employment compliance and workplace regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, high integrity, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
