What you will do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Integrations platform to ensure scalability.
• Lead the design and implementation of Public/Private APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows.
• Implement scalable integration workflows using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party platforms including Salesforce, Workato, and Zapier.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching.
• Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on backend and systems integration.
• Expertise in designing robust APIs and scalable architectures (Microservices, Event-driven).
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with AWS services relevant to data and integration (Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, SQS/SNS).
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and MySQL.
• Must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience building Salesforce integrations (NPC, NPSP, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of CRM product architectures and workflows.
• Working experience with PHP Laravel.
• Demonstrated use of AI development tools to accelerate delivery.
