What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, S3, Athena, and Step Functions.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment workflows, including CDC patterns.
• Build pipelines supporting customer, behavioral, engagement, and third-party data domains.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise data solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Data Engineers and drive best practices in pipeline architecture.
• Integrate external vendor data sources and manage complex transformation logic using AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Expertise with AWS services (Glue, S3, Athena, Step Functions).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable pipeline architectures and implementing CDC patterns.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
