What you will do

• Investigate and resolve L3 support tickets across Go, Rust, and TypeScript services.
• Onboard new clients and manage platform configuration and integration setups.
• Develop and maintain third-party integrations for vendor toolchains.
• Apply bug fixes, patches, and performance optimizations to production environments.
• Document issue resolutions and maintain operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex platform issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go and working knowledge of Rust and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
