Salary: $169,000 – $179,000 plus performance-based bonus or commission

What you will do
- Lead all phases of the customer lifecycle from deployment to optimization for strategic accounts.
- Drive onboarding efforts and tailor configurations to meet specific customer requirements within SLAs.
- Conduct regular technical reviews, monitor product usage, and lead enablement sessions to increase feature adoption.
- Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and provide data-backed insights on system performance and risk posture.
- Triage and resolve complex technical escalations in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams to influence the roadmap based on customer needs and deployment challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 6–8 years of experience in a customer-facing, technically hands-on role supporting large enterprise accounts.
- Proven experience in a technical advisory or TAM role within cybersecurity, application security, or software supply chain security.
- Hands-on experience with application security tools or threat detection platforms.
- Experience producing architecture diagrams and maintaining customer-specific technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
