What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving product-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage high-quality communications across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

- Act as a player advocate to help grow the business and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior experience in online customer support or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for communication across all channels.
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to state licensing requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 6:00 am and 12:00 am, including weeknights and weekends.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow (or other ticketing systems) and Microsoft Office suite.
