What you will do

• Design and optimize production-grade AI pipelines for voice-based healthcare agents, including RAG and multi-step reasoning.
• Translate healthcare workflows into safe and scalable AI experiences in collaboration with product and clinical teams.
• Prototype and deploy zero-to-one features using SOTA LLMs and streaming architectures.
• Develop AI-native workflows for real-time conversational interactions in diverse healthcare contexts.
• Enhance model evaluation, safety testing, and observability to ensure clinical safety standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software, ML, or AI engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, and voice agents.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD).

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems at scale.
• Work with speech recognition, text-to-speech, or streaming architectures.
• Background in healthcare or other safety-critical regulated domains.
