What you will do

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of hirify.global App and Telegram VIP communities.
• Plan and execute community growth initiatives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate online and offline events such as AMAs, Live streams, and meetups.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to produce copywriting and visual content for the community.
• Analyze community KPIs and perform competitor benchmarking to optimize the VIP benefits system.
• Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation, research, and operational reviews.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Experience in community or content operations through internships or campus projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in AI tools and basic prompt-writing skills to refine AI-generated content.
• Availability to work 5 full days per week with a minimum contract duration of 6 months.
• Ability to use CRM and analytics tools for tracking operational metrics.
