Salary: $88,000 - $149,900

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure high-performance software within a collaborative Scrum team.
• Solve complex business challenges alongside QA and product owners to improve code quality and team productivity.
• Translate user stories into innovative technical solutions and clean, documented code from design to deployment.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices in coding, security, and development processes.
• Ensure platform reliability through occasional on-call rotations and release deployments.
• Participate in company events and workshops with occasional travel (up to 15%).

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WCF, and RESTful services.
• Extensive experience with MS SQL Server/T-SQL, including performance tuning for high-volume transactional SaaS applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, spending 25% of the time in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET 4.5–4.7, LINQ, SSRS/SSIS, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit testing.
• Knowledge of business modeling using UML and use cases.
• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
