Post Build Specialist (3D Printing)

Salary: $20.14 - $24 an hour

What you will do

• Review all builds for defects, notify relevant parties, and manage NCIS tickets for rebuilds.
• Clean excess powder and process build platforms according to heat treatment procedures.
• Organize parts by lot to maintain traceability and transfer them to the Finishing Department.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on bandsaws, furnaces, and powder removal equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and scheduling to ensure adequate daily throughput.
• Maintain a clean and safe production environment while adhering to all PPE and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• English: Fluent verbal and written communication required.
• Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or granted refugee/asylee status (Temporary visas are not eligible).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to use a computer and calculator.
