What you will do

• Own the quality strategy for cloud services, APIs, and IoT integrations across multiple releases.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and Python.
• Perform functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for IoT devices and cloud platforms.
• Integrate automated tests into AWS CodePipeline for continuous testing and monitor execution results.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive shift-left testing practices to embed quality early in the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to define quality goals and release metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of integration testing for APIs and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Git.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience testing IoT devices, hardware, or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, IoT Core, etc.).
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or pytest.
• Understanding of mobile app testing for iOS and Android.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
