Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end testing for complex features from strategy through execution.
• Design and evolve test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies across web, API, and data workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable automated test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform and guide manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation, execution, and coverage.
• Mentor team members to raise overall quality standards and capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of QA experience with a track record of growth into test strategy.
• Experience in SaaS environments, specifically with complex, data-heavy systems (e.g., ERP, fintech).
• Strong automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of API testing, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
