TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Advisory): Driving adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for advisory and consulting customers using the hirify.global platform with an accent on translating complex methodologies into scalable, repeatable workflows. Focus on improving engagement execution, leading change management for legacy delivery models, and bridging the gap between practitioner needs and product development.

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)

Salary: $146K – $163K

hirify.global builds software that automates and streamlines assurance and audit processes for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit practitioners.

What you will do

  • Own adoption, usage, and long-term retention for a portfolio of advisory customers.
  • Configure workflows, templates, and engagement structures directly within the platform to drive deep adoption.
  • Translate advisory methodologies and service offerings into scalable, repeatable hirify.global workflows.
  • Lead customer enablement and change management to transition teams away from manual or legacy delivery models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on real-world practitioner feedback.
  • Manage KPIs related to platform usage, customer outcomes, and overall retention.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in advisory, consulting, professional services, or practice operations (e.g., risk, compliance, cybersecurity).
  • Deep understanding of advisory engagement delivery, including scoping, execution, and client reporting.
  • Hands-on proficiency in configuring software platforms and troubleshooting real-world usage challenges.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong communication skills to engage credibly with practitioners, managers, and firm leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Direct industry experience as a practitioner at an audit or advisory firm.
  • Technical curiosity regarding data models, permissions, and AI-powered workflows (LLMs or prompt creation).
