Compensation Range: $200,000 - $287,500

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy robust software systems, tooling, and automation for customer solutions on hirify.global.
• Implement scalable data pipelines and modern data architectures, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Analyze and optimize data models and queries to maximize performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and implement modern data integration tools.
• Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and training to client teams on AI/ML capabilities and data management.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience with developing AI/ML applications.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms.
• Must be based in the US (Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client collaboration.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Previous experience implementing solutions on the hirify.global Data Cloud.
