What you will do

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve computer problems for end users, implementing corrective solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, hardware, and software.
• Respond to service desk tickets, emails, or chats regarding equipment incidents.
• Manage and document the inventory of hardware components and equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party support and equipment vendors for repairs.
• Enforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations and provide continual improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
• College degree preferred; prior experience in IT support is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy computer equipment and peripherals.
• Knowledge of current operating systems, technical manuals, and hardware protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
