What you will do

• Own the design vision for AI-focused features.
• Craft high-quality, player-facing AI behaviors and abilities using behavior trees and visual scripting.
• Create quick prototypes to demonstrate new ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Cooperate with AI designers to promote a cohesive AI vision.
• Iterate AI features based on playtest feedback.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation.

Requirements

• Experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a Designer.
• Experience developing AI for highly systemic environments.
• Experience creating behavior trees and using visual scripting.
• Creative approach to surprise and amaze players.
• Deep understanding of player motivations and empathy.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
