What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve the Customer Success agent desktop, the core platform for call center operations.
• Develop tools, workflows, and integrations that connect multiple systems used by the Customer Success organization.
• Improve agent productivity and operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to design user-centric solutions.
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable in a fast-growing environment.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and architecture to production deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York or New Jersey.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with micro-service architecture.
• Familiarity with message queue technologies such as Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Background in the fintech industry.
