Junior Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

The COACH is a sexual health & wellness app for men and women. We help people explore their sexuality, boost libido, and learn essential sex ed through a fun, empowering, and structured approach. We’re looking for a junior creative producer who wants to grow fast by working on real projects in performance marketing and creative production.

What you’ll do:

- Come up with ideas and hypotheses for ad videos and banners
- Write scripts and clear briefs for designers and editors
- Analyze competitors, collect references, and follow trends (Meta / TikTok)
- Search for actors and creators, write briefs, order and review materials
- Analyze creative performance, draw conclusions, and suggest new ideas

- You live and breathe Instagram / TikTok / YouTube and feel the trends
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- English at least B1 (for briefs, research, communication)

Nice to have:

- Practical experience (you’ve already started or know how to work with ad production)
- Experience with UGC
- Basic copywriting skills and understanding of Meta / TikTok ads
