Salary: $150,000 – $195,000

What you will do

• Design and develop software applications that balance technical feasibility with business requirements to solve client problems.
• Lead client projects from initial scoping and estimation through to implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Create proof-of-concept prototypes and demos to showcase AI possibilities and transformative solutions.
• Collaborate with the demand team to communicate technical AI capabilities in business-focused language.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles, including security, ethics, privacy, and bias mitigation.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance the company's service offerings.

Requirements

• Experience leading client projects from concept to implementation with measurable results.
• Strong full-stack engineering background and proficiency in AI frameworks (LLM, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences without jargon.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and fine-tuning AI models.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including explainability and privacy.
• Chicago-based candidates are preferred; must be able to travel to Chicago periodically.
