What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners, managers, and UXD to architect solutions and define technical project requirements.
• Write testable, readable, and performant code using appropriate software paradigms.
• Lead the evolution of team development via pairing, pull request reviews, and advocating for coding standards.
• Ensure accessibility is integrated into the forefront of the application development approach.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams, particularly within product and UXD.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of mobile DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.
• Advanced software engineering skills with the ability to proactively identify anti-patterns.
• Proficiency in Functional Reactive Programming (FRP) and the C4 model for design documentation.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Manchester or London.
