What you will do

• Lead and scale a world-class Data Science team, owning the entire hiring and development funnel.
• Act as a strategic partner to translate ambitious business goals into a structured and actionable Data Science roadmap.
• Design and deploy high-impact models for marketing optimization, dynamic pricing, and investment decision support.
• Own the experimentation framework, focusing on A/B testing, causal inference, and incrementality measurement.
• Evangelize a data-driven culture and drive the adoption of AI across the wider organization.
• Maintain technical depth by reviewing model designs and ensuring high standards of scientific rigor.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in applied analytics, with at least 4 years managing analytics teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression, econometric models, and time series analysis.
• Proficiency in business English.
• Must be based in Madrid to support the hybrid work model.
