Analyst

TL;DR

Analyst (Transfer Agent): Provide technical support for applications, data processes, and operational workflows with an accent on troubleshooting, analysis, and procedure execution. Focus on supporting workflow changes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders under supervision.

Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (Hybrid: at least 4 full days/week in office)

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for custom applications and third-party vendor software in Transfer Agent operations.
• Administer defined procedures, conduct basic analyses, and execute tasks within guidelines.
• Support workflow and process changes, including redesign initiatives.
• Analyze client and stakeholder needs to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business roles and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Maintain clear communication and demonstrate organizational discipline with attention to detail.
• Participate in rotational on-call support, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience supporting applications, data processes, or operational systems in structured environments.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, SSIS, PowerShell, Power BI, PowerAutomate, and ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team under close to moderate supervision.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop skills.
