Focus on conducting business analysis, identifying high value-added products, and ensuring client retention and invoice collections.
Location: Based in Tema, Ghana

What you will do
- Conduct market studies on new products and solutions to bring innovation to market players.
- Ensure competitive monitoring and implement proactive actions to become a market leader.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director on developing new products to expand the product range.
- Perform business and process analysis to identify improvements and propose solutions to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze market information, making recommendations for growth.
- Identify and develop high value-added products or services to gain market share.
- Collaborate with collections manager on customer follow-ups and overdue invoices.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Sales
- Knowledge of group products and services
- Strong business analysis skills to understand processes and identify improvements
- Ability to identify new needs and propose complementary offers
- Adapt communication to different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English (French a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering
