Buyer EDITED (Fashion): Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop and shape collections and manage product sourcing and development for the EDITED label with an accent on buying processes, international supplier coordination, and achieving seasonal profitability targets. Focus on planning order quantities, defining pricing strategies, leading negotiations, monitoring product performance, and driving in-season reorders based on sales insights.

Location: Berlin, Germany (Full-time onsite)

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop and shape collections
• Support product development and buying processes for EDITED label with hands-on experience
• Manage product sourcing and development, including style fittings
• Handle daily communication and coordination with international suppliers
• Plan order quantities, define pricing strategies, and lead negotiations for profitability
• Monitor product performance and drive in-season reorders based on sales insights

Requirements

• University degree in Textile, Fashion or Business Management (or comparable)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in women's contemporary or fast fashion textile buying
• Confident user of MS Excel
• Passion for fashion and keen eye for trends
• Team player with hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial mindset
• Highly motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, well-structured, and organized
