Research Analyst (FMCG): Executing consumer and shopper research projects to provide market insights with an accent on end-to-end project management and data analysis. Focus on developing questionnaires, coordinating project delivery, and conducting complex analyses to drive client growth.

Location: Hybrid (Almaty, Kazakhstan)

What you will do

  • Manage research projects end-to-end from inception to final reporting with manager support.
  • Develop questionnaires and coordinate project execution and delivery.
  • Strengthen client relationships through effective project management.
  • Perform data analyses in collaboration with the Analytics Team.

Requirements

  • Experience in quantitative or qualitative research project management.
  • Fluent English and Russian; Kazakh language skills are an added value.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in FMCG or shopper research is a plus.
  • Preferable knowledge of SPSS.
