What you will do

• Manage UA and retargeting campaigns across DSPs and SDK networks.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to exceed established KPIs.
• Develop and execute new marketing strategies and testing frameworks to enhance UA efforts.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key acquisition partners.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Monetization, and BI teams to align marketing plans with game updates.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing high-budget performance marketing app campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and AppLovin.
• B.A./B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Business Management, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
