Location: Based in CET, Eastern US, or Middle East time zones with a 70% schedule overlap with 10 AM to 5 PM CET

hirify.global is hiring on behalf of a client operating in the Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) space.

What you will do

• Define and document architectural visions for products, components, and libraries.
• Design solutions satisfying business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Establish critical non-functional requirements and maintain centralized documentation of technical decisions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software, hardware, and integration methods.
• Collaborate with scientists and researchers to transform theoretical concepts into viable prototypes.
• Support agile practices, participate in planning, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience delivering production systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical architect role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Haskell or Rust.
• Proficiency in Git and common version control workflows.
