About the Role

You will accelerate integrations across APAC by answering partner technical questions, building proof-of-concepts and code snippets, and providing hands-on support via Slack and Telegram. You will improve developer documentation and tutorials, surface bugs and product feedback to engineering, and proactively refine integration support processes. You will communicate technical details clearly in English and Mandarin and work across APAC timezones to unblock integrators and streamline implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years working in web3 or blockchain projects
• 3+ years as an integration engineer, solutions engineer, or developer relations professional
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Practical knowledge of Solidity
• Technical writing experience with ability to create clear documentation and tutorials
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Optional experience with Python, Rust, or Go

Responsibilities

• Join partner-facing calls and answer technical questions to scope integrations
• Build proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards to accelerate implementation
• Provide hands-on technical support via Telegram and Slack to unblock integrators in real time
• Improve developer documentation and tutorials based on integrator feedback
• Forward bugs and product feedback from integrators to internal engineering teams
• Identify gaps in integration support processes and suggest improvements
• Bridge language and timezone gaps by communicating technical details with Mandarin-speaking product teams
