What you will do
- Define, own, and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
- Translate business requirements into well-structured epics and user stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business processes and delivery goals.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure continuous product value delivery aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Apply Scrum best practices and contribute to an effective Agile delivery process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or application support.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or User Experience Design.
