What you will do

• Review client documents for KYC purposes to ensure identity validation.
• Communicate with clients to request additional documentation required for the validation process.
• Handle client email requests regarding account verification.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal verification procedures.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Compliance departments to maintain service standards.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and excellent oral and written English skills.
• Valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle clients effectively.
