What you will do

  • Lead the full contract lifecycle for Gripen E/F export program, from scope definition to handover.
  • Oversee budget, schedule, scope, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate with Swedish agencies like FMV.
  • Drive follow-on sales and secure long-term contractual value.
  • Lead cross-functional team including sub-contract managers, commercial, finance, and product management.
  • Collaborate with engineering to align customer needs with technical feasibility.
  • Represent hirify.global to build trust and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken & written)
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders in English
  • Proven leadership in complex, high-stakes projects
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding
  • Broad technical knowledge of Gripen or similar aerospace/defense platforms
  • Experience in contract management and/or senior leadership highly valued
