What you will do

• Roll out and maintain the Data Governance framework, including policies and procedures.
• Maintain the Data Catalogue and Data Taxonomy.
• Identify and monitor Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support risk mitigation.
• Conduct metadata management and data quality assessments.
• Track and remediate data issues and maintain data ownership RACI matrices.
• Develop data governance training materials and management scorecards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, risk, business, or a related field.
• CDMP from DAMA or a similar recognized qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, risk management, or compliance, preferably within financial services.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for hybrid work.
